After 11 years of my own practice and teaching of yoga to students from ages 4-84, I understand how to make yoga work for you. Developing your own home practice is the best way to reap all of the benefits yoga has to offer. You have the opportunity to stop and ask questions, which is traditionally a very important part of learning yoga!
